I provide a psychotherapy service in the Shankill, Killiney and Dun Laoghaire areas of South Dublin, in Gardiner Street, Dublin City and also in Wicklow Town.

COVID 19 UPDATE: Free For Frontline Workers. Under a scheme offered by IAHIP & IACP I am offering free video therapy to Frontline Workers (Healthcare, Carers, Nursing Homes and Retail etc. Please contact me if you wish to avail of this service.

It is my belief that every one can find their own path to the future they desire. We are all essentially self healing, self directed and instinctively know how to achieve our optimum psychological growth. It’s just that we sometimes get stuck or encounter difficulties along the way. My role as a therapist is to facilitate this process, to help resolve issues and encourage you to take control of your destiny and overcome difficulties in a self-directed manner.

I practice as a Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. This means that the service will be collaborative process seeking to engage and explore issues in a person centred non directive way.

I work with clients mainly using 'talk' therapy but can also operate through art, breathwork or movement, depending on your ease with these methods.

I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental therapeutic space for those seeking support with issues including:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Anger
  • Self esteem
  • Addiction
  • Bereavement and loss
  • Abuse/mental/physical/Emotional
  • Trauma
  • Relationships/Intimacy
  • Loneliness
  • Stress
  • Bullying
